This policy explains what information God's Armor Bearer collects when you use this website and buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to take your order, answer you, and understand how the site is used.
Information we collect
When you place an order
To take and fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, phone number if you give one, and the items you bought. We need this to charge you correctly, get the order to you, and support it afterwards. Your email address is also how we send your confirmation, your receipt and any shipping updates.
Payment details
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number and security code go straight to Stripe and are never sent to us, seen by us, or stored on this site. We receive only what we need to recognise the order, such as the payment status, the amount, and the last four digits and card brand.
When you contact us
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to share it, the topic you select, and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server may log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the site secure and working correctly, and helps us spot abuse of the cart and checkout.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to take and fulfil your orders, send order and delivery emails, handle returns and refunds, reply to your messages, maintain the security and performance of the site, and comply with our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to run the store or as required by law.
Cookies
Cookies the store needs to work
Some cookies are strictly necessary and are not about tracking you. They remember what is in your cart between pages, carry you through checkout, keep your session secure, and protect the contact form and checkout against abuse. If you block these, the cart and checkout will not work.
Analytics cookies
This site also uses analytics cookies to understand traffic in aggregate, such as which pages are visited and how visitors find us. These cookies are set when you use the site, and the notice shown on your first visit tells you so.
Third-party services
To run the store we rely on a small number of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Stripe, which processes payments and receives the billing details you enter at checkout. Giving and monthly mentoring are handled on Stripe's own hosted pages, so those card details are entered on Stripe and never on this website.
- FedEx, which receives the delivery address and parcel details needed to quote a shipping rate and deliver your order.
- Web fonts and tag management provided by Google.
- Aggregate, cookie-light traffic analytics.
- Spam protection on the contact form.
These providers process only the data needed for their function.
Data retention
We keep order records, including what you bought and where it was sent, for as long as we are required to for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them. Server logs are rotated on a normal schedule.
Other things you can choose to use
Newsletter. If you sign up, we keep your email address until you ask us to remove it. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time, and ask us about the information we hold for you. To make a request, please use our contact form.
