Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown. We confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a title is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and if we do you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include any applicable charges shown at checkout. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment clears.

Stock and pricing errors

We try hard to keep stock counts and prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If a title sells out or is mispriced after you order, we will contact you and either refund you or, with your okay, sort out an alternative.

Books and copyright

The books, study guides and syllabi sold here are the copyrighted work of Terry Nance and Focus on the Harvest, Inc. Buying a copy does not transfer any right to reproduce, photocopy, resell or redistribute it. If you want to use material from a syllabus with your staff or in a class, ask us and we will almost always say yes.

Partnership gifts and mentoring

Partnership gifts and the monthly mentoring partnership are taken on Stripe's own hosted pages and are separate from a bookstore order. A monthly partnership continues until you change or cancel it, which you can do at any time from your own Stripe account. Gifts are not goods and are not refundable as a purchase, but if something has gone wrong with a gift, tell us and we will make it right.
